Please note we cannot hold dates and your booking is only registered when you have booked and paid via the form below. To avoid disappointment we would advise booking as soon as possible (and if you change your mind we offer refunds up to 1 week before the booking)

Terms of Hire

You can book from a Day Session (12pm- 6pm) or and Evening Session (6pm-12am)

No Hire Charge
But there is a minimum bar spend £400 for Mezzanine area.

We require a £200 (50%) deposit to confirm the booking.
This will returned in full via bank transfer on the Monday following your event,
dependent on the following:
● Minimum bar spend has been met.
● Respecting instructions from the bar staff with regards health and safety.
● Leaving the site in a reasonable conditions. Dirty glasses, a few crisp packets, a couple of broken glasses, etc are all fine. But if there is mess or damage then we'll be deducting a fee from the deposit to pay to sort it.

Additional Charges
Late Licence (1am) is an additional £50 fee.
If you would like a late notice we will need 15 working days notice to make sure there is enough time for the application to be processed.

We will endeavour to get a street food vendor for the event, but we cannot guarantee one.
If a street vendor isn't available, delivery is available from Yard Sale Pizza. 

In addition to beer (including gluten free) we are able to supply:
- Wine (Red & White)
- Prosecco
- Spirits (Vodka, Rum & Gin) and mixers (Tonic, Coke & Lemonade)
Due to our licensing it is not possible to bring your own alcohol

You are welcome to decorate the venue,
Please note that all set up / take down of decorations must be done within your hire period.
All decorations need to be taken down and packed up at the end of the night.
Confetti / party poppers / glitter are not allowed in within the venue for hygiene reasons.

You are not permitted to play your own music.

Additional Info
Children welcome until 8pm (baby change facilities are available)
Well behaved dogs are welcome

If you change your mind you can cancel your booking up to 7 days before and receive a full refund on your £200 deposit.
Any cancellations made after that will not be refunded.
