HATCH is the moniker of Walthamstow-based artist and illustrator Dave Smith. His past clients include Adidas, Topman, Relentless, Barrio Bars, Honest Brew, House of Holland, and the list goes on. He is also the reigning Secret Walls x London Champion. From his Baker’s Arms studio he mixes bold linework with densely packed scenes he creates graphic, eye-catching compositions. Hatch’s work features a variety of characters and iconography dug up from his imagination and discovered in his surroundings.
Returning to Wild Card Brewery for the E17 Art Trail after his first exhibition there in 2015, Hatch will be showing a variety of work both new and old. Stop by to look at some art in the best way possible; with a delicious pint in hand. Beard stroking optional.
